Are all four products sold empty?
Yes. They are empty rechargeable AIO devices. They do not include oil or a finished consumer product.
Which empty AIO should I start with?
Start with the capacity and body shape you need: Briar for a 1.0mL glass chamber, Nook for a compact 2.0mL body, Lumen for two separate 1.0mL chambers, or Wisp for a slim 1.0mL design.
Can I test the hardware before a larger order?
Yes. Use the 5-piece pack as an initial screening round, not as a universal minimum or proof of production readiness. Keep the oil, hardware version, fill-and-cap process, and test conditions consistent; record each unit; then move to 50 only when the results meet your written acceptance criteria. If the units are split across several oils or conditions, narrow the question or request another sample round.
Does packaging come with every order size?
The 5-piece sample does not include Mylar bags. A 50-piece reorder includes 50 Mylar bags. For 2,000+ units, ask about custom-printed Mylar bags.
Does Lumen have a tube between the two reservoirs?
No. A solid wall separates the left and right oil chambers. It is not a tube or a third reservoir.
What should I include in a wholesale inquiry?
