GREENDEAGLE OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY
EFFECTIVE DATE: JULY 10, 2024

All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through www.greendeagle.com may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase.

Conditions for Return:
You may return an unused product purchased at www.greendeagle.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:

You include all original packaging in like new condition,

You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition,

You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition,

You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.greendeagle.com within the above return period.

Briar Glass AIO returns and product-issue review

Unused and unopened Briar purchases may be returned within fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase, subject to the return conditions below. Opened, filled, or tested Briar hardware is not eligible for an ordinary return.

If a Briar order arrives damaged or you suspect a product defect, email support@greendeagle.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video. GreenDeagle will review the information and confirm the next step. A replacement, refund, or store credit is not guaranteed before review; the available remedy is determined after the order and evidence are reviewed.

Oil or concentrate compatibility, filling workflow, output-mode preference, packaging requirements, branding needs, and other buyer-specific fit questions are not product defects. First-time buyers should use the 5-pack sample to evaluate hardware fit before moving to a 50-pack reorder or wholesale run.

How to Return your Product:
To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:

Contact GreenDeagle Customer Support at support@greendeagle.com. After we receive your email and confirm that your product is eligible for return, we will provide the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section "Conditions for Return." The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase.

Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.

Refund Timing:
GreenDeagle Inc will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. GreenDeagle Inc reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
