GREENDEAGLE OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY
EFFECTIVE DATE: JULY 10, 2024

All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through www.greendeagle.com may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase.

Conditions for Return:
You may return an unused product purchased at www.greendeagle.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:

You include all original packaging in like new condition,

You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition,

You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition,

You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.greendeagle.com within the above return period.

Briar Glass AIO purchase-fit note

Briar is empty hardware for buyer evaluation and fit testing. For a first Briar order, please start with the 5-pack sample to test oil and concentrate compatibility, filling workflow, and output mode before moving to a 50-pack reorder or wholesale run. If you need custom packaging, hardware branding, or a special procurement setup, please contact GreenDeagle before placing the order.

Non-quality fit variables, including oil or concentrate compatibility, workflow fit, packaging requirements, branding needs, or custom setup requirements, are the buyer's responsibility to confirm before scaling. If a Briar order does not fit those needs for reasons not caused by a verified product quality issue, it is not eligible for return or refund. Suspected product quality issues should be sent to support@greendeagle.com with order details, photos, or a short video for review.

How to Return your Product:
To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:

Contact GreenDeagle Customer Support at support@greendeagle.com. After we receive your email and confirm that your product is eligible for return, we will provide the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section "Conditions for Return." The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase.

Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.

Refund Timing:
GreenDeagle Inc will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. GreenDeagle Inc reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
