1-Year Limited Warranty Terms

1. Proof of Purchase

   • A valid proof of purchase is required, showing the date and place of purchase. For purchases made on greendeagle.com, your order number serves as the proof of purchase.

2. Device Registration

   • Register your device at https://www.greendeagle.com/pages/register upon receipt to activate your warranty.

3. Warranty Claims

   • For support, contact us at support@greendeagle.com or through our contact form. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days, verify your purchase, and request evidence of the issue. Once verified, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

   • Diagnosis and approval may require video submissions at GREENDEAGLE’s discretion.

4. Replacement Options

   • If the original product is no longer available and a replacement is necessary, you may choose a unit of equal value or receive credit toward a new product.

5. Exclusions from Warranty

   • Consumable Parts: Mouthpieces, airflow strips, tanks, and coils are excluded as they wear with normal use.

   • Physical Damage: Any physical damage, including to charging cords or ports, is not covered.

   • Battery Life: Natural degradation of battery life over time is excluded.

   • Glass Components: Glass is not covered unless damaged during shipping.

   • Water and Cosmetic Damage: Excludes water damage, cosmetic damage, or damage from cleaning or misuse.

   • Counterfeit Items: Warranty is void on counterfeit items, including those purchased from third-party sites like eBay, Amazon, Bonanza, Alibaba, and Rakuten.

   • Lost/Stolen Items: Lost or stolen products or parts are not covered.

   • Geographic Limitations: Warranty is valid only in regions where direct-to-consumer shipping is available.

   • Merchandise: All merchandise sales are final and not covered by this warranty.

6. Warranty Limitations

   • Modifications or alterations made to the product by the consumer or other parties void the warranty.

   • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, improper or unintended use, incorrect storage, or exposure to elements or chemicals.

Remedies
Under this warranty, GREENDEAGLE’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the product, at its sole discretion. Unauthorized returns or shipments contrary to company instructions will void the warranty. GREENDEAGLE Inc. reserves the right to determine the final outcome of any warranty claim.
