Why rice-grain and pea-size comparisons are unreliable

Visual references feel convenient because people recognize them. The problem is that reference objects and concentrates do not have fixed shapes.

A grain of rice can be long, short, thick, broken, or cooked. A pea can vary in diameter. Concentrates can be flat, rounded, stringy, brittle, whipped, crystalline, or oily. Avoid copying a potency percentage from a different product, a menu photo, or a general article.
